Hawks Breaks CSG Subs – Submitting your Cards Directly to CSG for grading

Step 1 – Download the Order/Submittal Form Here- Hawks-Breaks-CSG-Order-Form

Step 2 – Complete form and after form is complete, Email to csgsubmission@gmail.com.

Step 3 – Securely package your cards in soft sleeves and semi-rigid card protectors or top-loaders. Include a copy of your Submission Form in the package and mail to:

Step 4 – Hawks Breaks CSG Subs will hand-deliver your submission directly to CSG on Tuesdays. Your order will typically be entered into the CSG Portal the same or next day.

Step 5 – When your order is complete, we will contact you with the invoice and shipping options.

Hawks Breaks is an official Group Submitter with CSG

Hawks Breaks CSG Submissions hand delivers sports and memorabilia cards to CSG at their Lakewood Ranch Headquarters. When cards are graded, we will pick them up and ship them directly to you.

No minimum number of cards required! Cards will be added to next bulk submission – typically weekly.

Autograph Grading – Add $2.00 per card

Re-Holder – $11.00 per card (includes upgraded Green label 9.5 to New Label 10)

Thick Holder – $5.00 per card – Determined by CSG at Grading

Hawks Breaks CSG submits cards in the exact condition that they are received. We do not provide any cleaning or preparation services.
