CGC & JSA Card Submissions

 

Hawks Breaks CSG Subs – Submitting your Cards Directly to CSG for grading

 

Step 1 – Download the Order/Submittal Form Below. Choose any of the 5 Categories

Step 2 – Complete form and after form is complete, Email to csgsubmission@gmail.com.  

Step 3 – Securely package your cards in soft sleeves and semi-rigid card protectors or top-loaders. Include a copy of your Submission Form in the package and mail to:

Step 4 – Hawks Breaks CGC / JSA Subs will hand-deliver your submission directly to CSG on Thursdays. Your order will typically be entered into the CGC Portal within 2 business days. 

Step 5 – When your order is complete, we will contact you with the invoice and shipping options.

Hawks Breaks is an official Group Submitter with CGC / JSA

Hawks Breaks CGC / JSA Submissions hand delivers sports and memorabilia cards to CGC at their Lakewood Ranch Headquarters.  When cards are graded and or authenticated, we will pick them up and ship them directly to you.

No minimum number of cards required!  Cards will be added to next bulk submission – typically every 3 weeks.

Walk-Through, Expess and Standard services available upon request

 

JSA Services:

Autograph Authentication with Card & Auto Grading Included

Turnaround time:  40 Business Days

Submission Price 1-29 Cards: $17.00 each

Submission Price 30+ Cards: $15.00 each

 

Prescreen Services:

Pack pulled cards (Not Pokemon)

Turnaround time:  40 Business Days

Submission Price: $3.00 each prescreen by CGC – Additional $12 per card that meets minimum grade

 

Custom Card Services:

Autograph Authentication with Auto Grading Included (No card grade)

Turnaround time:  40 Business Days

Submission Price 1-29 Cards: $17.00 each

Submission Price 30+ Cards: $15.00 each
